Pyrmont Near Podiatrist

Whether you run the foreshore, walk the bridge with family or spend weekends on the go, foot pain can get in the way. ModPod Podiatry is at Suite 506, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney NSW 2000. We see people from Pyrmont for foot, ankle and lower-leg concerns

Support for a busy Pyrmont lifestyle

Pyrmont has waterfront routes, parks, apartment living and busy venues. You may run around Darling Harbour, cross Pyrmont Bridge on foot, play sport at Wentworth Park or manage a family schedule with a sore heel. The stairs and hills around Harris Street and Pyrmont Bridge Road can also put more load through the calves and Achilles.

We take time to understand what you need your feet to do. That may be a long run, a walk to school, a social sport game or a shift at a venue. Then we assess the problem and map out sensible next steps.

Choose the right care for your routine

Running and weekend-sport injuries

Pain during a run does not always mean you need to stop all activity. We assess your symptoms, training load, shoes and gait. We can help with running-related heel, calf, ankle and forefoot pain, then discuss a safe path back to the activities you enjoy.

Pain on hills, stairs and long walks

If the foreshore route, bridge or stairs bring on pain, tell us where it starts and what it feels like. Plantar heel pain and Achilles pain can both affect walking, but they need an assessment to guide care.

Children’s feet

Children can have foot pain, changes in walking, frequent tripping or trouble with shoes. Bring your child in if something is limiting play, sport or everyday movement. We explain what we see in plain English and talk through the right next step.
