Appointments run for 30–45 minutes for an initial consultation. Follow-up appointments are shorter. If you are coming in for orthotics, allow extra time for the assessment and scanning process.
No. Most patients book directly. You only need a referral if you have a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (from your GP), or if you are covered under the NDIS or DVA.
No. We are a private clinic. If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you can claim podiatry on the day using your health fund card. If you have a GP-issued Chronic Disease Management Plan, Medicare will contribute toward the cost of up to 5 treatments per calendar year.
