Podiatry Services
Laser - Fungal Nails
ModPod Nail Laser Clinic was the first clinic in Australia to use cold laser technology to treat fungal nail infections. We are the preferred fungal nail clinic in Sydney. Over the last 6 years we have evolved the process to include detail assessment of patient’s medical history, addressing the PH balance of the nail and skin and post treatment care program to reduce re-infection.

Shockwave Therapy
RSWT is the application of a high-energy acoustic pulse transmitted into the tissue of the affected area of the body. Each RSWT treatment works to increase the metabolic activity around the site of pain or discomfort. This stimulates the body’s natural healing process, thus reducing pain and promoting the reabsorption of irriative calcium deposits in tendons.
Digital Assessments
ModPod has the latest digital assessment equipment to assess your running or walking style, this aids us in diagnosis and treatment.
Plantar Fasciitis Treatment
While more often associated with impact sports like running and contact sports, plantar fasciitis is also common in individuals with poor foot biomechanics. Other contributing factors include age, weight gain, sustained walking or standing on hard surfaces, poor fitting shoes that offer little arch support, and also prolonged inactivity.
